Freight Company terminals call you to advise your freight has arrived and can be picked up. If you contact the terminal prior their call, have your tracking number on hand .You can take the pinball off the pallet and likely fit it into a Utility Vehicle or if your pallet fits on your truck the terminal agent will be happy to place it in your vehicle for you with the forklift.Most terminals are open until midnight for pick up.
